Sample fee schedule

What we don’t handle

• Lot sale price between buyer and seller.
• Holding funds or settling the animal purchase.
• Pickup, transport, and vet terms — parties arrange those.

After a win, parties settle the lot themselves using contacts from the linked invoice.

How invoices work

1. Both parties are linked — each sees the other’s contact for lot settlement + fee status.
2. Sample invoice covers listing fee (demo $20) and/or buyer fee (demo $50) only.
3. Use the Invoice studio below (or invoice.html).

How to pay fees

1. Payment details are sent with the invoice.
2. Payee entity (when live): HoldFast Designs LLC.
3. Attach a payment confirmation screenshot/receipt (client-side preview only).
